Greg Worley, CRNA

A Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist with nearly 25 years of experience delivering safe, personalized anesthesia across hospitals, outpatient centers, and dental offices.

Greg graduated from Barry University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, gained experience in cardiac and intensive care units in Miami, then earned his Master of Science in Anesthesiology from Barry University in 2001. As a staff CRNA and clinical coordinator/preceptor in local hospitals, he expanded into surgical and dental office settings, where demand for his expertise led him to dedicate most of his practice to office-based surgery and dental sedation.

A second-generation CRNA, Greg is deeply committed to the special needs community. He knows firsthand the gap in services available for special needs patients, and finds his greatest professional fulfillment in making dental procedures accessible, comfortable, and safe for them.

A proud native Floridian, Greg has been married to his wife Keriann for 25 years; their three daughters are following his footsteps into nursing and anesthesia. Off duty he enjoys boating, skiing, traveling, sports, and flying, as a licensed private pilot.

Dr. Maria Isabel Guevara

Meticulous, energetic, and charismatic: an orthodontist with advanced training across three countries.

Dr. Guevara earned her dental degree from the prestigious Universidad Autónoma de Manizales in Colombia, then completed three years of full-time specialization in Orthodontics at Universidad del Valle in Cali, Colombia, earning her MS in the specialty. Her eagerness to keep learning took her to an advanced orthodontics program at the University of Illinois in Chicago.

After four years practicing orthodontics in Chicago, she moved to South Florida and completed the two-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry program at Larkin Community Hospital. Her expertise in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics delivers better outcomes and happier, healthier patients. In her spare time she loves family, tennis, and exercise.

Danielle Czernecki

The face of our practice in the community, building the trusted referral network that connects underserved patients with safe, specialized sedation care.

Danielle Czernecki is a relationship-driven healthcare professional who serves as the face of our practice in the community. In her field-based role as Outreach Coordinator, she connects with general dentists, medical providers, and local support groups that serve patients with special needs. Her mission is to build a trusted referral network by educating healthcare professionals and community organizations about our IV sedation dentistry services, helping ensure patients receive the compassionate, specialized care they deserve.

Danielle brings a strong foundation in physician relations, high-volume outreach, and consultative communication developed through years of healthcare experience. She has managed daily operations in dual-specialty medical practices, supported patient care as a medical assistant and ophthalmic technician, and more recently served as a Provider Consultant, building nationwide pipelines of specialists while matching them to facility needs. This background gives her a natural ability to engage diverse stakeholders, assess needs, navigate complex healthcare environments, and convert conversations into meaningful partnerships.

Self-disciplined, highly accountable, and a true self-starter, Danielle executes independently and follows through with precision. She is creative and resourceful in opening doors and nurturing long-term relationships. Above all, she approaches her work with genuine empathy, kindness, and a nurturing mindset, especially for special needs patients and the families and caregivers who support them.

Danielle is passionate about the real-world impact of this role: helping underserved patients who struggle to access appropriate dental treatment find safe, compassionate care.
